I have a custom template installed here:

The second button down on the left is linked to index.php?main_page=specials
This store does not need specials, but the button which now reads "what is hypnosis" needs to link to a page with some new content on it.

Can I reassign the button link to go to a new page that I name or do I replace the content on a specials php file?
Please advise on inter-site linking, thanks
