I hope this is where I can post this question. I am running ZC on a Win2003 server using SMPT for mailing.
Each order sends the customer a confirmation just fine, but the store owner never gets any notification of the sale, which means he can't put the cc number together to process the charge. Most everything else is running ok.
I've tried sending copies of confirmations to the owner and those go through just fine as well as create account emails etc. He recieves any copies of the other emails.
It just doesn't send the notification of the sale. The email address is correct in the database and every other place it appears. Does anyone know which module, code or any other thing controls this so I can at least look further into it. Or even better, if someone has had this same problem, can you help me out with a solution? I'd really appreciate the help
