After rereading this thread I noticed it was mentioned to apply LABEL Selectors for the Sidebox. Sorry for my confusion.
Not sure though, why the suggestion to create "h3#shoppingcartHeading" wouldn't work. Perhaps try just "#shoppingcartHeading" and see what happens.

h3#shoppingcartHeading does work - I tested it. I think there was some cross-posting that confused the conversation.
