Think I answered my own question....reinstall and upgrade database.

Can you let me know if you sorted things out.
I did a new install and then uploaded my old database and got the same error.
How do I get the patch to 1.38 from the 1.37.
Surely reinstalling the zencart wipes all the data. meaning I have to start again from scratch.

Fortunately I have installed it on a test folder, I am not brave enough to install it on the 1.37 active database.
Also is there a way that all the images can be uploaded again easily. It will be a pain to have to upload all of these again. It would really put me off upgrading.

Go back to the installer and upgrade the database.

I tried that about 6 times now.

Use your hosting control panel to access the error logs ... or ask your hosting company how to check them. Every host is different. I can't tell you how to do it for *your* server specifically. Originally Posted by Rob905
