Before the upgrade in 1.3.8 the email sent to a new customer contained well the header.jpg
Now when I test create-account, even if the customer checked HTML, the header.jpg is not shown in the message.
In my DBase 'customers_email_format' is at 'HTML'.

It is 2 days since I search, help me!

In fact, in spite of the choice HTML, the mail is sent to text.

Try changing "Emails must send from known domain?" to Yes
