coupon restrictions based on location

I am setting up a free shipping coupon on orders over a certain amount. Is there a way to set the coupon restriction for continental US orders only?

You First have to have your US locations set up as a zone

Then in in coupon screen in the drop for Coupon Zone Restriction: you select the us zone
