I just got the same @#$%^ thing!!! Can we fix it without upgrading. I've tried upgrading my site two times and it's incredibly cumbersome!! Who has time for that when you're trying to run your business and finding someone to do it has proven virtually impossible. I've posted several times for a person and gotten no response. HELP!!!
Thanks!
Michelle
Hi,
It sounds like your site has been switched to using PHP 5.2 and you are using an older version of Zen Cart. If that is the case then you have 3 options...
1. Upgrade to v1.38 of Zen Cart.
2. Ask your host to switch you back to PHP 4 until you have chance to upgrade.
3. Try the fix described in this post...

If you are using a v1.2 series Zen Cart then option 1 would be the best, option 2 would be the quickest, option 3 might work but you may encounter other problems.
Hope that helps.

Christian.
Thank you SOOOO Much for the advice. It is most appreciated. I've called my hosting company regarding changing back but I guess I have to bit the bullet and figure this out. It's hard because I didn't install the software to begin with and I feel as though I'm flying blind. If I follow the instructions exactly do you thinks its really doable for a newbie?
Thanks again for the advice...
Michelle
OGemaio - My hosting company added this line of code and it fixed my problem:
AddHandler application/x-httpd-php4 .php
I'm going to try and upgrade this weekend but for now my site is working again.
Hope that helps...
