I'm sure this has been discussed somewhere, but I can't find it in any of the Paypal threads.
I'm having an issue with Paypal IPN shipping charges. When a customer selects paypal as their shipping method, they are correctly brought into paypal, but the shipping charges I've established do not carry forward. I also have the same shipping charges created in Paypal. How do I correct this. Customers keep getting FREE shipping!!!

What version of ZenCart are you using?
