That function is in /includes/functions/functions_general.php
You probably have an old version of that file, perhaps due to installing a contribution not designed for the version of Zen Cart you're using.
Or, perhaps the file has become corrupted or damaged for some reason, in which case re-uploading the original should solve the problem.

Nope didnt work bugger... any other way around this? without me losing my shop
Well, the default /index.php used by Zen Cart doesn't make any call to that function.
Perhaps you have some sort of addon or customization that's doing something different than normal?
Maybe your /index.php file has been damaged or even tampered with?

Um ... if your Zen Cart store is in the /shoppe folder, why do you have something in a different folder attempting to load Zen Cart files?

Good question... this all new to me the shop cart stuff, i think when i uploaded the cart in the first place. I have installed in somewhere I wasnt meant to, and I must have left some behind, could that be whats wrong?
Okay i found a index file where it shouldnt be so i deleted and that fixed it.
