Typical File structure for hosying on Atlantis

I an Battling to get a correct file structure for my zencart Using atlantis.terrassl.net as my host.
does anyone have a typical File structure for atlantis that could be emailed or a link .

I just reread this part does anyone have a typical File structure for atlantis.

This would seem to be a question about your Hoster and how they have their file structure setup. Wouldn't it be best to ask them your question?
