Help with product notification plz

Whenever I send a product notification I always attach a pic but it's never sent out, does anyone know why??

Are you sending in HTML format?

If yes, have you verified that after someone receives the notification, the URL to the image is correct?

Yes I have to both questions, I have the pic posted on the photobucket, it shows up in my preview nicely but not in the emails at all, not even the link to the pic

Seems the question is; "Why is the image URL not ending up in the eMail?"

Are you using AOL for your eMail? They have a different way of including URLs within an eMail. Otherwise, the normal URL syntax should work fine.

No I'm just using what ever zen cart is using, my usual browser is firefox if that's any help

Not what I meant.

If you are sending out Product Notifications by eMail, then whomever receives the eMail will be reading it on their computer (Outlook, Outlook Express) or using their eMail Service (AOL, Hotmail, gMail, etc.).

oh yes sorry I misunderstood well I can't speak for everyone but I am using outlook expreess and I have set everything to accept emails in html format. So I do receive from others I am subscribed to in html except my own

Then the last thing to verify is that within your personal ZC account for your site, you have set the following.

Home :: My Account :: Edit Account
Newsletter and eMail Details - HTML (checked)

Home :: My Account :: Product Notifications
Receive notifications on all available products - (checked)

After that, just a matter of trial & error with a few friends to see who receives the image and who doesn't.
