But there aren't any shipping options to select on the checkout page. If we turn off debugging the same no options are shown on the shipping page. And clicking continue obviously does not allow you to move further because of no shipping methods.

    Any suggestions would be great.
    Happy Holidays!

The Zen Cart version you are using? If you switch to the classic template does it work?

We are using the Version Zen Cart 1.3.8 and we've modified the Classic Contemporary Green template 1.3.5. I'll check further if anything was removed from shipping page template, I did think of this I enabled UPS and the Flat Rate shipping method and they both show on the page.

I'm pretty sure we didn't remove any code from shipping template although not 100% sure I'll have to check with one of my guys who did the actual template customization...

Ok thanks Merlin, we had the 1.3.8 version installed before our client wanted to use FedEx.

I did some very quick testing I installed V1.3.7 in a different directory and seems there is a difference between either the way the template is displayed in 1.3.8 or there are differences between the Classic Contemporary Green Template Version: Version 1.3.5 in v1.3.8 and v 1.3.7

Because if you drop in the Classic Contemporary Green Template Version: Version 1.3.5 from Zen Version 1.3.7 into Zen Cart Version 1.3.8 its doesn't work quite right either you can get to login page it tells you there is a security error upon login and it returns you back to login page.

Since we aren't Zen experts yet I'm sure there is a fix if we keep tweaking but the best course of action is to simply use the 1.3.7 version of Zen we installed in a different directory and skin it with our template. Because as advertised the FedEx Module works just fine on Zen version 1.3.7.

    Thanks again for the help.
