I just downloaded zen cart zen-cart-v1.3.8-full-fileset-11302007.
I unzipped the file. The documentation tells me to run this file http://{www.mydomain.com}/zc_install/.
The problem is that this file does not exist in the file I unzipped.
Is the file missing or did the read the documentation wrong?

First, make sure you have v1.3.8a.
Second, zc_install is a directory, not a file ... if your browser won't open YOUR_URL/zc_install try YOUR_URL/zc_install/index.phpPlease do not PM for support issues: a private solution doesn't benefit the community.
Be careful with unsolicited advice via email or PM - Make sure the person you are talking to is a reliable source.
