I am displaying the "New Products for [month]" and the "Monthly Specials for [month]" in the center column on the main page. Right now they are displaying in that order; the new products and then the monthly specials below it. How can I reorder it so the monthly specials appear on top?

Admin > Configuration > Index Listing
You can set the order and whether or not various boxes are used on several different kinds of pages.
