Wrong Invoice page Layout

Hi,

even since I installed Google Checkout mod, the layout of invoice page has changed. The order date and pay by credit card 2 lines has been pushed to left side of page, it should have been on the right side of page, just right next to: Date Ordered: and Payment Method:. As you can see from the attached screen shot.

I have deleted all Google Checkout Mod and use the original order.php and invoice.php. but the problem just does not go away.

Any one who know how to fix it?
