where do I go to delete the units in stock. I want to keep this from displaying to customers

admin > catalog > product types > product general .... edit LAYOUT

Short answer: no
You have to write some code to do it.I no longer provide installation support on forum for all my modules. However, if there are real bugs with the modules please feel free to contact me
