hi all,
i am having problems with zen cart password feature.
when a customer is checking out and enters his email address, the cart won't let him proceed and gives the error that email address is already in the system. but when he goes to log in and uses the forgot password function... the cart says their is no record of that email address!
it can't be both. either he should be able to checkout with that email address or he should be able to use the forgot password function with that email address...
this is a big problem. what is going on???
