application error Banner is overlapping when viewed with IE7

The banner on the top of my homepage is overlapping with the main page text and column boxes, but only when viewed with Internet explorer 7. It looks fine in previous versions of IE, but the newest versions seems to get tricked into overlapping somehow. The site still looks the same in all versions of Firefox and Safari.

To view a screenshot of what happens in IE 7 please go to:

To view a screenshot of how the site should look please go to:

I've tried a few things but none of them seem to work. I imagine only 25% of viewers are using IE 7 right now, but I could be wrong and it's getting to the point where I've had some customers e-mail me telling me about the overlap.

If anyone has any suggestions please HELP!!! Thanks so much,

    Brian

Always better to give us a URL rather than screen images and tell us which browsers to look in. I almost got eye strain trying to read it off your screenshots.

The problem is that you are telling the browsers that your logoWrapper is only 75px high and then trying to squeeze in an image that is 160px high. Different browsers will try to resolve this error as best they can, but in different ways. Most by taking the image size as the reference point, but IE7 follows your instruction in the stylesheet.

Thanks kuroi. This makes a great deal of sense. I kept thinking that something similar to what you've explained was the issue, but had no idea how to find what you call the 'logo wrapper.'

Any hints on what folder this specification is in? I'm assuming it's a css issue but would love to have a clearer view before I go in and change something.

Also, thanks for the input on the screenshots. I will include links to the actual website next time. I guess I was worried that most people would not have IE 7 on their computer and wouldn't be able to see what I was trying to explain.

Thanks again, and have a good one!

The height for #logoWrapper is set in the css/stylesheet.css file for the template that you are using.
