    Default Prohibited File Name Problem

A couple of people on my staff have uploaded images into the zen cart that have an apostrophe. Of course, these images do not work and new images have been uploaded but when I try to delete the bad image or move it, I get the error message "prohibited file name" and it won't delete or move. Does anyone know how I can get these files off of my server?

    Use your ftp client.

If you have no idea what it is then just ignore it. It's rather complicated and can be a bit dangerous if you don't know what you are doing.

Anyway, you can try to check if you can change some settings in your current ftp clients to ignore the filename check, or you can try another ftp client. Try WinSCP, it's free, and you can download the standalone version which does not require installation.
