How do I stack the Price, Attributes, Add To Cart?

I would like to see if anyone out there in zentopia could help me with this please. I would like to stack some items on my page in this order from top to bottom. ( price, attributes, add to cart )

I have attached a photoshop render of what I am talking bout to this thread and also attached a copy of my tpl_product_info_display.php as it currently stands.

If someone can point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

My css files might have some sort of affect on this thus far but until they need to be addressed I hope just to get the basic layout change guidance.
