Ive got my domain with Westhost and want to go with Zen instead of miva 5 or OS - They don't deal with Zen cart And I'd have to upload it myself - Any issues with their server configuration that might give me trouble ? Is is better to choose a Host that supports Zen ?

With the majority of Hosters, I don't think you would have any problems. Pay close attention to Page 3 of the install. It lists a lot of information which includes common problems, if any, with the Server you are installing on.
