I read all the threads I could find on this and have not been able to determine a solution for this.

Problem #1
I need to set up fixed quantity discounts. Not
1 - 299 = $1.00
300 - 499 = $0.75

I need:
1 - color printing
300 = $1.00
500 = $0.75
1000 = $0.69
etc

Problem #2
when adding attributes how do I create discounts

2 - color printing
300 = add $0.10
500 = add $0.09
1000 - add $0.08
etc

3 - color printing
300 = add $0.20
500 = add $0.19
1000 - add $0.18
etc

It is possible that my logic is incorrect and I need to re-train my mind and my employer on the procedure for this, but the result HAS to remain the same.
