Images Corrupted

Hi,

all of my zencart default images are corrupted. I initally installed using fantastico, and then tried to upload new copies of all images using ftp.

The new images are definately not corrupted before i upload ... i have tried uploading in binary and ascii (both are a mystery to me) using filezilla.

If i upload manually they are fine. but i am hoping for a quicker and easier way to upload.

Any suggestions?

p.s you can see the corrupt images here www.butternutbaby.co.uk/catalog if you go to bathtime and add a product (they are my own images) the corrupt ones are in the shopping basket

Re: Images Corrupted

In situations like this it can be easiest to rename your current "images" dir. (images_old for example) then upload the images dir. from your computer. Note that before uploading, you should first make sure that only images you want to use are in the folder.

If problem solved then you can delete the "images_old" dir. and move on.

Also, images of any kind should always be uploaded in "Binary" format.

Re: Images Corrupted

In future, use the auto setting on your FTP client. The FTP client will then decide between ascii and binary depending on what's being uploaded.
