Please Help Me Figure This Out

I have everything up and going on my zen cart (minus some tweaks) but for some reason I cannot process an order on authorize.net AIM or SIM. I get errors at the end like the most recent:

"This transaction cannot be accepted. - Your credit card could not be authorized for this reason. Please correct the information and try again or contact us for further assistance."

Everything else works up to where I have to press "continue to confirm" and then I get these errors. I have hostgator as a hosting provider and I have tried the curltest.php and it seems fine so I have it set to false in the admin panel:

Where do I go from here? What could the issues be? Is this zen cart related or do you think it's related to the authorize.net/merchant account?

What addons/contributions are installed?

Version: 1.3.7
Add ons: free_red template used and updated SIM

If you turn on debug logging in the SIM module, what do the logs say is coming back from authnet?
