Rewording "Gift Certificates"

The project which I'm currently working on is customized just for the private customer. I have turned the Gift Certificates features into Budget account, so that the customers can shop as much as they want, and as long as the total price does not exceed the avilable budget in the account.

Everything is working OK. I can change the word "Gift Certificates" to "Budget" EXCEPT one place where I cannot find the way to reword it. I really need help on this in order to complete the project. This Gift Certificates word is under the Step 3 - Order Confirmation page. Please see the attached screenshot below. The Gift Certificates where it brings Total Balance to 0 is where I CANNOT change.

What is the contents of your /includes/languages/english/modules/order_total/ot_gv.php ?
Do you have any other language files (overrides? other languages?) of the same filename? What are their contents?

I already used the search in Developers Tool Kit, but no luck. Do you think that "Gift Certificates:" word come from the heading of the DB Table?

I didn't use any extra installed language. Just use English as a defualt, but I modified the CHARSET in the DB in order to display some Thai fonts.
