First of all, thank You for Your Interest in my work.

I'm willing to donate a few of my templates - for example 5 chosen by Zen-Cart equipe. Do you mind if we add a notice to the description saying that more simmilar templates can be found on me webpage? That would be a nice gratiffication for me.

You need to package them and add them to the downloads area if you want them there. Take a look at another template to get an idea as to how to set up the package.

Two things:

1. Don't make people guess how much it will cost to remove the link back. Tell them upfront.

2. Fix the Footer on all your pages so they go to an actual page.

Surely any Zen Cart template that was distributed would have to be covered by the GPL. If there was a link in the template that the user didn't want it could be removed without payment. To specify otherwise would violate the GPL.
