Does anyone have any ideas why the images were loading before and now they are not in the admin panel? All of the images come up fine that were already loaded but it seems if something isn't connecting to let the images upload now.
Thanks,
Mike

Usually if images won't load it's a result of the images folder(s) not being writable.
What permissions are set there?

Permissions are 755.
Could it be something with the SSL and having to upload them through the admin with https:// instead of http:// ?
How do I secure the entire admin with SSL?
Thanks,
Mike
Have you checked with your hosting company about whether 755 is "writable" by PHP?
On most servers it requires 777, unless some sort of suPHP or other variant of PHP configuration is in place to require lower permissions settings.
It's not an SSL issue.

Let me explain a bit more what happened.
I have hosting through hostgator. I set up my hostgator with fromthehoodapparel.com and had a add on domain fthfightgear.com. We needed to add SSL to fthfightgear.com but you can only add SSL to the primary domain which was fromthehoodapparel.com. So, we switched the primary domain and made it fthfightgear.com so the SSL could be installed. I already had the website mostly done and I already had zen cart installed and had uploaded products, images and a bunch of other stuff. Then we had to move the entire website up to the public_html directory when we made the domain switch. Now I can't get the images to upload. It's saying they are successfully uploading but the image is broken in the admin panel and they are not appearing in the image folder within zen cart.
Any other ideas? I have the permissions at 777 but as I said, I had no issues uploading images before this domain switch.
Thanks for the help.
Mike
When you moved fthfightgear.com to the root, did you edit the configure files as well? It may sound like a stupid question, but sometimes we overlook that kind of thing.
What should I edit in the config files? I think I made some edits but not sure if I made all that I need.
This is my first zen cart customization so all of this is very new. Thanks so much for the help.
