I am new in Zen cart. I just did some search in forum and knowledge base but couldn't find the appropriate answer.

I have a project that customer need to be able to initialize a return/exchange request in front-end, and we can also manually edit it in back-end.(because we need to make sure the returned goods arrive). Is there a ready module for this?

Payment is Authorize.net. can the refund be integrated to the credit system?

I understand return/exchange can be very complicated. Or anyone who can help with the simpliest refund/exchange procedure suggestion so I can talk to client and minimize the cuztomization work?
