Help with language module

Hello,
I've downloaded and installed a new copy of ZC (in fact is the second I install).
The version of ZC is 1.3.7, I've also downloaded and installed the spanish module for that version (like I did first time).
But the second language does not appear (neither the shop or the admin area)
What should I check?
