Credit card declining on 2nd purchase??

Hi, I have a new site I'm setting up, and I ran a $0.25 test purchase with my credit card to be sure the Linkpoint module is all ready to go. I noticed that the CVV authentification isn't working at all, but the payment still went through. Then I went in to run a SECOND test purchase (again, .25) to make sure everything is okay, and it's declining my card??

SO.. I used a different card, same exact results. The first one went through successfully (receipt from Linkpoint and everything) and the second is declining.

Any ideas?? I waited a good 10 minutes between tests to make sure there isn't some duplicate charge protection or such.

Arggh.. now it's working. The client must have a really long timer set up in Linkpoint on double ordering. Figures it works right AFTER I finally decide to post a help request.
