Large image not showing

Hi,
I am having a problems getting ZenCart to recognize a large image version of one of my products. I am using the same format as all of my other products but this one will not show for some reason!

Take a look.

My file system is laid out like so..

images/FileXX.jpg
images/FileXX_1.jpg
images/medium/FileXX_1_MED.jpg
images/large/FileXX_1_LRG.jpg

Maybe the problem is I only have one product image?

Any ideas?

I think your posted list of filepaths is not correct - fortunately so, because as you have posted it, it would not work.
The actual files you have for that product are correct, as far as I can tell. You have EXTRAO.jpg for the small image, EXTRAO_MED.jpg for the main medium image, and EXTRAO_1.jpg for the additional image. But EXTRAO.jpg and EXTRAO_1.jpg appear to be the identical image. Are they supposed to be different?
The popup images are EXTRAO.jpg for the main image (indicating that there is no large version of it) and EXTRAO_1_LRG.jpg for the additional image, as it should be.

Another additional image has showed up while I have been working on this - are you loading more files?

So I think your problem may be that you don't have one of the larger image files you want, or it is named wrong.
