My cart doesn't work at all

Hi,

I don't know what did I changed, but now my cart never gets empty (although it says you cart is empty when you click on it), sometimes never jumps from the first step to the second when you want to pay...

anyone could tell me which modules should i change for the original one?

Actually, when i delete something from the cart it is deleted, but when i add something else it comes full with the old deleted products.

And when i click on refresh with a different amount it makes also strange things.

It would be a problem of a module, or a database problem?

It's very hard if you dont know what changes you made. Do you have a backup of a working version of your cart?
Sometimes your host also does their own backup of the server site, you may want to contact them to get an old (and working) version of the site.

I know it sound stupid, but i didn't begin very properly... I don't have any backup of a working version, and I don't know when was it working correctly... :-(

I didn't change many things, only a few of my template, and the main page.

There is no standar possibility that allows me change a few main modules to get it working?

Did you create your own template? (using ZC's override template)
Did you make any change on the template?
Did you install any module?

What version of Zen Cart? Has it ever been upgraded? From which version(s)?
What customizations exist in the store?
What addons/contributions are installed?

first at all I'll use the fantastic application DrByte wrote, because my local version works fine, but i don't know what did i change :-/

thanks again, and great application DrByte. If I don't find the problem I'll tell you my new modules, but that can be a very difficult way to find a solution

Do you have a ssl install? Where is it being hosted? Do they have php5?

Current versions of Zen Cart run fine on php5. Disregard that question.

I use the 1.3.7 version (php4), and I don't use SSL. I have it in bluehost.

I only install a module for moneytransference, and one module to have the login menu on the top...

I was cheching my local and my server files, and they are only different where the name of the server is, but nothing else. But my local version works fine, and the server not.

Could it be a problem of the database?????

I don't know, it is possible to get the database corrupt... I'm getting crazy... in the worst case I'll start from zero, but I'll like to avoid that possibility.
