Changing Layouts

We are quite new with this ZenCart and need some helps regarding configuring this.

If you looked the current site: www.dewamart.com, how to remove the following area for Documents, More Information, Record Company, Music Genres, Sponsors, Have You Seen in the left and right navigation?

How do we edit this?

will help.. for your current request,
login as admin, choose tools, then
layout boxes controller, there you can
remove side boxes, reposition to left/right
side, add sideboxes etc
