Default Trouble using winRAR and downloaded mod

    Hi everyone,

Just wondered if anyone else has been having this problem. I have downloaded (several times) the "about us" mod and I keep getting an error message that the zip file is corrupt.

Can the author (or someone) please post a new version that is not corrupt? I would very much like to be able to use the mod.

    thanks...

No, it's not. I have just tried it.

What procedure are you using to download the file?
Please do not PM for support issues: a private solution doesn't benefit the community.

Be careful with unsolicited advice via email or PM - Make sure the person you are talking to is a reliable source.

I'm downloading the file using Firefox then opening the file using WinRAR. This is the only file I have ever come across so far (*using WinRAR) that says it's corrupt. The way I get the corrupt message is when I try to rename a "your_template" directory into my real directory. When I do this I get an error message from WinRAR about the file being corrupt.

I have not had this problem on other files. If you can download it without it being corrupt, maybe you could email it to me? Just a thought.

Thanks for taking the time to look, Kim.

BTW: I have renamed directories before with no problem.

    Yellow,

Try and see if you can rename a directory inside the archive. That's when I get my error.

    Thanks for checking this out!

well... I extracted the mod then renamed the folders. So far it looks like everything is ok. Just makes me nervous to get error messages like that. Seems like everything is going to work ok.

Thanks Kim and Yellow for your time... oh.. and Happy Holidays!
