Default Zencart elements outside the zencartpages

    Hi,

I have set up a complete zencart website and merged it with another static xhtml site. Now I want to use some elements from my zencartsite in the main site.

For example, I want to us Login/myaccount, My cart and Home links. Is there a way to make them work outside Zen Cart without EZ-pages?

    Thanks in advance,

    Minas

There's a mod explaining how to do this. It's available from the downloads section and I think it's called something like "external sidebox".

Thanks, but I am looking for elements outside a sidebox. Is that somewhere explained.

    What do you mean? Like:
    http://www.yoursite.com/index.php?main_page=login ?
Of course you can put that link anywhere you want.

I think you need to explain more about what elements from your Zen Cart you want to use elsewhere.

    Sorry for the late reply.

What I want is that the log in/cart/my account functions work outside the zen cart area.

For example someone logs in in zencart and gets the "my account" link on screen. When he goes to the pages outside Zen Cart I want to keep those links intact. So it s not only the link to the login page but also the functions for log/in to switch to my account.

It may sound a bit vague but English isnt my native language.

    Got some more info now.

What I want is to use the header of Zen cart on my own build pages. Including my acrt, log in etc.
