Ermm, you do not need to use phpmyadmin
Just login to your admin->tools->mysql patch tool and then paste the sql code there.I no longer provide installation support on forum for all my modules. However, if there are real bugs with the modules please feel free to contact me

ok i went to install sql patches... i can either paste code or upload a file...
i am guessing that i can just upload the SQL file in the mod?
