FedEx module operating question

I have successfully installed the FedEx module on my client's site, and he wants to know where would he find his "shipping waivers". He claims there should be a way to print out a sheet with a bar code for each FedEx order, but I couldn't find any info about it.

If this is not the case, then how should he be using the FedEx module to fulfill his orders?

the fedex shipping module ONLY provides realtime rates from fedex and has NO function to print labels

So is this due to a FedEx rule change, or is it simply because the Zen Cart module lacks this functionality. And is there a better way to do this than manually shipping each one, as he expects to be receiving a large volume of orders.

Its because the module was never designed to do this,
its just te receive rates in realtime
