Help with minor GC customizations: email and messages

Hi,

I'm trying to make a few minor customizations to the Gift Certs for our site. Would appreciate any help that can be given.

1) I've tried to customize the HTML email sent out by modifying shop/email/email_template_gv_send.html as well as the variable definitions in shop/includes/languages/english/gv_send.php. All looks good but a pesky <tt></tt> tag sneaks into my email around the EMAIL_GV_SEND_TO variable. It's not in either of those files...is there a file/step that I am missing?

2) I had trouble locating the text to edit in the “Gift Cards” section on the checkout_payment page. We'd like ot change the message “To use Gift Certificate….” Does anyone know what file that would be in?

3) Also would like to alter the “Success” message for the Gift Card…the message shown when someone successfully redeems a GC in the shopping cart. Does anyone know what file that would be in?

Ok, figured out 2 and 3. If anyone has any input on #1 it would be much appreciated. I'm having a lot of trouble tracking it down!
