I was fighting with it but I have found a partial solution.

It works if people set their cookie handling properly.

For me (ie7):

For Internet Explorer version 6.0:
Go to Start in the lower left-hand corner of your computer screen.
Select Settings and then Control Panel.
In Control Panel, open the Internet Options program.
Click Privacy.
Click Advanced
Check the check box Override automatic cookie handling.
Enable Always allow session cookies.
Click OK and close the Internet Options windows.
Log in to your account by typing https://www.paypal.com/ in the address bar of your web browser.
As we all know, 99% of our customers have no idea what this is and will jump ship rather than try it. I put up a page Paypal not worknig?

I need a code or something that will "Always allow session cookies" automatically when people come to my site.

Is there a HTML code or setting that accomplishes this? I searched but found nothing.
