    Default I need telephone number required

    Hi all,

    We have noticed several customers have created a profile with us, however they did not leave a telephone number, even though it is set to required?

    How do we definately make it a required field?

    We need this in case a product goes out of stock, and/or for further verfication purposes.

    What do you have for the required number of characters for the field?

    Hi Kim,

    Currently we have 3, should we change this to 10?

    I am having this same exact problem! Phone number is set to required but customers are able to skip it.

    I'm also having the same problem, but I can't even find where to change the required characters. I thought it was under Configuration > Customer Details. I see fax .... but no phone.
