Whats the quickest way to create a duplicate shop on the same server?

For eg. I have one at mydomin.com/shop

I was to reproduce it at mydomain.com/shop2 preferably using a second database


I want to do this to try various changes while have no downtime on my main shop...

so, whats the quickest way to duplicate it all?
