I run A ZenCart for Small World Music (http://www.smallworldmusic.com/catalog/) which sells Tickets for concerts.
These Tickets are virtual: they are not shipped.
That's fine, but time and time again clients are contacting me wondering when/if their tickets will arrive. I have set up a notice on every tickets page alerting buyers that 'Tickets are not shipped'. However, in the process of purchasing a ticket the customer is exposed to numerous references to shipping costs and addresses (even if the cost says '0'). I think that this is confusing them.

Is it possible to set up a route to payment which makes no reference whatsoever to 'shipping'?
