How do I place the category bar below the content of define_main_page.php?

Been working on this one for awhile and need a little help. The category bar is appearing below the content of define_main_page.php. I feel sure there is a file where I can swap the position of blocks of code but I haven't been able to find it so far. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The URL is http://biz29.inmotionhosting.com/~naspwe5/cart/. I would like for the category bar, containing 'Certifications', 'Miscellaneous' and 'Safety Training Products', to appear below the text 'Welcome to the NASP Store! We work hard to make your shopping experience easier, better and safer.' This line of text was entered into define_main_page.php.

I finally figured it out- the file is tpl_index_categories.php. After a little code block repositioning got everything placed where I wanted it. Now, have I screwed up any other pages by doing this?
