Blank Loaded Admin Logon - LocalHomeServer

Hi all, thanks for reading.
Okay here goes. . .

I took a db back up from my host. I also took a full file back up (the entire public_html).

Running the latest WAMP server, I have this all set up and am able to see my store locally now!

I did change the admin back to "admin" and the references to it in admin/inc/configure.php

When I attempt to login to admin the logon page seems to load without erors ( unless theyre being quiet @ ) but its blank.

By blank I mean that there are no logon fields. Just a blank page.

I whispered the username and password to my 21" ViewSonic but nothing happened. So I yelled it out, woke up the kids but still no admin.

What am I doing wrong here.

Would really like to get this going. I need to clean up my act a bit here.
I didnt follow the overrides very religiously in the begining and now I want to upgrade to 1.3.8 but I dont know if Ive cleaned up enough to do this without loosing . . .

Hope ya get the idea. So heres my configs. If you need another file please let me know.

Nothing stands out as being obviously wrong in those config file contents.

Blank pages are typically a result of PHP syntax errors or incomplete files resulting from failed FTP transfers.

You might also need to run the fix_cache_key script from the downloads section since you've essentially moved your database to another server. In your case, run it on your localhost, not on your live server.
