Attribute Box Overlap

I have a customer using IE7 and for some reason the attribute boxes are piled right on top of each other.

IE 6 and Firefox 2.0 are both fine.

Any suggestions on how I can fix this for:

Also, for some reason the banner isn't aligned to the center in Firefox.

I tried replacing all of the <br> tags with <br /> (because I think IE7 doesn't recognize plain old <br> ) But that didn't fix it and I think it might have something to do with the module_attributes.php template.

I think it might be the <br id="clearboth" /> settings that are causing some of the flack.

Does anyone know if IE7 supports clearboth or clearall or if those tags are even necessary in my current setup?
