Integrate Shipping Display in Cart

Does anyone know how to integrate/display the shipping rate in the cart table automatically under the subtotal with a line for Grand total under that (combining the two)???

So it would be:

Sub-Total: $150.00
Shipping: $15.00
Grand Total: $165.00

On the cart page. So when a customer views their cart, they would see the items $ total, the shipping $ cost and the $ grand total all together. Easy peasy... :-)

I have looked for the same solution all over. Nope. No one has done it! There must be a way...
