Making certain items bold in Confirmation Email

For the order confirmation, open up "email_template_checkout" in the emails folder of ZC and edit the style there for whichever specific tag.

I want to change order confirmation email too, as a newbie, can anyone tell me how I access the "email_template_checkout" to alter it. I can't find it in my admin area at all?
apologies if this seems too simple for you guys - we all have to start somewhere! :-)

It is in the email folder in the root of your store.
