Showcase mode with shopping cart

Hi! I'm just getting started with the big ZC, and like it so far. I haven't seen an option in admin for it, so I thought I'd ask around... How should I go about setting up an "online catalog" that is, where customers can browse items and put items into the shopping cart, but not be given the option to check out?
