Thanks for the reply. Ive put an image in the empty tag at the moment and no joy. Still looks how it should in IE, but not so good in firefox.

Paul, by chance are you using an early version of FF? I kept FF 1 on a machine for the longest time and was always surprised by how many rendering issues it had.

as far as i can see im on the very latest version of Firefox. there are no downloads to install.

Heres the problem im seeing on my computer

Hi Paul,

I am not sure on how to fix your problem but can confirm for you that I am also seeing the problem in FF and also Safari.

I notice a bit of a mixup down in your footer too.

I am sure someone a whole lot more knowledgeable than me will be able to help you out in coding but it seems like a problem in both your header and footer.

Thanks yellow1912, its worked to sort the header, but now its seperated the mainpage from the header in firefox only. Think im missing a tag or something now?

I can remember having a problem like this before in firefox. is it something to do with a 'float' that ive got in the CSS.
