Unfortunately, it continues to be a problem. Just tried to login (haven't been logged in since that last working login) and it's doing the same thing.

Is there any possibility of a cookie conflict between the old 1.2x install and the new 1.3x install? I have no problem logging into the 1.2 nor have I ever, so I would think if conflict was messing up my 1.3x login, 1.2x would be equally affected by that kind of conflict.

Any suggestions on how to fix or even diagnose the problem?
